It’s not the best pre-work I’ve tried but i’m still overall impressed with the results. I tried Kratos Shock and that was ok but then I tried Kraken and it slightly did better then Kratos. The best part about both is that I didn’t crash later after my workout like some Pres do. Not great results but It’s really good for the intermediate lifter.
