1. INTRODUCTION AND ACCEPTANCE
Welcome to the MNM ProLabs™ Affiliate Program, designed to reward approved athletes, healthcare professionals, fitness influencers, coaches, brand ambassadors, and promotional partners for introducing customers to our sports nutrition, dietary supplement, health and wellness, and fitness lifestyle products.
These Affiliate Program Terms & Conditions (“Terms” or “Agreement”) govern participation in the MNM ProLabs Affiliate Program (“Program”), operated by MNM ProLabs, LLC (“MNM ProLabs,” “Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).
The Program operates through our official website, https://www.mnmprolabs.com, using Ultimate Affiliate Pro and other approved tracking, payment, and administrative systems.
These Terms apply to approved participants, including:
Sponsored athletes and team members.
Licensed healthcare professionals and clinicians.
Registered dietitians and qualified nutrition professionals.
Brand ambassadors.
Standard affiliates.
Fitness influencers and content creators.
Personal trainers and coaches.
Gym owners and fitness facilities.
Sports organizations and promotional partners.
Approved businesses and independent marketers.
Other individuals or organizations accepted into the Program.
By completing the Program registration process and affirmatively accepting these Terms, you agree to comply with this Agreement and all applicable Program policies.
Participation is voluntary and subject to MNM ProLabs’ approval, compliance standards, and applicable contractual requirements.
2. PROGRAM PURPOSE AND OVERVIEW
The MNM ProLabs Affiliate Program allows approved participants to promote eligible MNM ProLabs products and earn commissions from qualifying customer purchases properly attributed to their assigned Affiliate Links or Affiliate Codes.
The Program is designed to expand brand awareness, reward legitimate customer referrals, encourage responsible product promotion, and establish mutually beneficial marketing relationships.
Participation does not automatically guarantee commissions, sales, sponsorships, free products, travel, media opportunities, or continued Program membership.
Commissions are earned through verified, eligible product sales—not through recruiting additional affiliates.
MNM ProLabs maintains three primary Affiliate Commission Ranks:
Athlete Rank — 25%
Clinician Rank — 20%
Standard Affiliate Rank — 15%
Each rank is subject to eligibility, verification, and approval by MNM ProLabs.
3. DEFINITIONS
Affiliate: An individual or business approved to participate in the MNM ProLabs Affiliate Program.
Athlete: A participant formally approved and designated by MNM ProLabs as a sponsored athlete, team athlete, or official athlete ambassador.
Clinician: An approved participant who holds a recognized professional healthcare credential or license, satisfies applicable professional and legal requirements, and has been formally assigned Clinician Rank by MNM ProLabs.
Standard Affiliate: An approved participant who has not been formally assigned Athlete or Clinician status.
Affiliate Dashboard: The online Program account provided through Ultimate Affiliate Pro or another approved platform.
Affiliate Link: A unique referral URL assigned or approved by MNM ProLabs.
Affiliate Code: A designated promotional or referral code assigned to an approved participant.
Commission: Compensation calculated from a verified Qualifying Sale according to the participant’s approved commission rate.
Qualifying Sale: A completed, paid, eligible customer transaction that is accurately attributed, verified, and approved under these Terms.
Net Eligible Sales: The eligible product subtotal after applicable discounts and excluding taxes, shipping, returns, refunds, credits, chargebacks, and other noncommissionable amounts.
Program Materials: Approved logos, product images, videos, advertisements, educational materials, links, product descriptions, and other authorized content.
Program Guide: Any applicable Affiliate Guide, Athlete Guide, Clinician Guide, Sponsorship Guide, campaign instructions, or written Program requirements.
Approved Commission: A commission verified and accepted for payment, subject to permissible corrections, reversals, or adjustments.
Material Connection: A financial, employment, sponsorship, family, or other relationship that could affect how consumers evaluate an endorsement.
4. AFFILIATE ELIGIBILITY
To qualify for the Program, an applicant must:
Be at least 18 years old.
Have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement.
Complete the required application accurately.
Maintain a valid email address and contact information.
Provide legitimate promotional channels when requested.
Comply with advertising and consumer protection laws.
Agree to these Terms and applicable Program requirements.
Provide necessary identity, payment, and tax documentation.
Obtain approval from MNM ProLabs.
Applicants seeking Clinician Rank must additionally satisfy the verification and professional eligibility requirements established in this Agreement.
MNM ProLabs may evaluate applicants’ promotional activity, credentials, audience authenticity, content quality, professional conduct, business reputation, and compliance history.
Applications may be rejected for legitimate reasons, including incomplete information, suspected fraud, misleading marketing practices, conflicts of interest, or material safety concerns.
Approval is not automatic.
5. OFFICIAL AFFILIATE COMMISSION RANKS
The MNM ProLabs Affiliate Program maintains three primary commission ranks.
5.1 MNM ProLabs Athlete Rank — 25%
Approved MNM ProLabs Athletes earn a 25% commission on Net Eligible Sales generated through verified Qualifying Sales attributed to their authorized Affiliate Link or Affiliate Code.
The Athlete Rank is reserved for individuals formally approved by MNM ProLabs.
Receiving merchandise, promotional codes, or informal team invitations does not automatically establish Athlete status.
The Athlete commission rate applies while the participant maintains approved Athlete status and remains in good standing.
5.2 MNM ProLabs Clinician Rank — 20%
Approved MNM ProLabs Clinicians earn a 20% commission on Net Eligible Sales generated through verified Qualifying Sales attributed to their authorized Affiliate Link or Affiliate Code.
Clinician Rank is reserved for qualified healthcare professionals who meet MNM ProLabs’ eligibility requirements and receive formal approval.
Eligible applicants may include:
Licensed physicians (MD or DO).
Nurse practitioners (NP or APRN).
Physician assistants/associates (PA).
Registered nurses (RN).
Registered dietitians (RD or RDN).
Licensed pharmacists (PharmD or other qualifying credential).
Licensed physical therapists (PT or DPT).
Other recognized healthcare professionals approved by MNM ProLabs.
The possession of a healthcare credential does not automatically qualify an individual for Clinician Rank.
Applicants must maintain any required professional license, certification, or registration in good standing and remain eligible to participate under applicable professional rules.
Clinician Rank is a commercial affiliate designation and does not authorize the participant to represent MNM ProLabs as a healthcare provider, medical practice, or clinical treatment organization.
Professional participation and commission arrangements remain subject to applicable referral-fee restrictions, healthcare fraud and abuse laws, professional ethics requirements, and other legal obligations.
MNM ProLabs may require additional professional compliance review before approving Clinician Rank or particular promotional arrangements.
5.3 Standard Affiliate Rank — 15%
Approved Standard Affiliates earn a 15% commission on Net Eligible Sales generated through verified Qualifying Sales attributed to their authorized Affiliate Link or Affiliate Code.
Standard Affiliates may include influencers, fitness professionals, customers, coaches, gyms, and other approved promotional partners.
5.4 Rank Assignment and Changes
MNM ProLabs has authority to assign, approve, and modify Program ranks in accordance with these Terms and any separate applicable agreement.
A Standard Affiliate may be upgraded to Athlete or Clinician Rank following formal approval.
An Athlete whose sponsorship ends may be reassigned to Standard Affiliate Rank.
A Clinician whose professional credentials expire, become restricted, or no longer satisfy the eligibility requirements may be reassigned, suspended, or removed from Clinician Rank.
Commission rate changes ordinarily apply prospectively and will not retroactively reduce commissions already validly earned.
Corrections for fraud, duplicate transactions, improper attribution, or verified errors may be made as permitted by law.
6. COMMISSION CALCULATIONS
Commissions are calculated using Net Eligible Sales, not the total amount paid by the customer.
Net Eligible Sales generally exclude:
Sales tax.
Shipping and handling charges.
Applied discounts.
Refunded amounts.
Returned merchandise.
Canceled orders.
Chargebacks and reversed payments.
Gift-card purchases.
Free or complimentary products.
Promotional samples and giveaways.
Sponsorship products.
Replacement merchandise.
Wholesale and distributor transactions.
Fraudulent or unauthorized purchases.
Ineligible self-referrals.
Prohibited healthcare referrals or transactions.
Other expressly designated noncommissionable transactions.
Commission Examples
For a verified eligible product subtotal of $100:

Example with a customer discount:
If an eligible product has a regular price of $100 and the customer receives a $25 discount, the Net Eligible Sales amount is $75, assuming no other exclusions.
Athlete commission: $18.75.
Clinician commission: $15.00.
Standard Affiliate commission: $11.25.
Commissions are calculated according to the applicable rate, verified transaction amount, and Program settings in effect for the sale.
7. QUALIFYING SALES
An order must satisfy the following conditions to qualify for commission:
The customer purchase is properly attributed to the participant.
The order is placed through an approved sales channel.
The purchase is fully paid.
MNM ProLabs verifies the payment.
The transaction is completed and eligible.
The purchase is not canceled, refunded, returned, or charged back.
The sale is not fraudulent or manipulated.
The product or transaction qualifies for commission.
The participant complies with these Terms.
The transaction does not violate applicable healthcare referral or other legal restrictions.
Submitting an order, clicking an Affiliate Link, entering an Affiliate Code, or receiving a provisional Dashboard credit does not independently establish final commission entitlement.
Orders awaiting separate payment verification do not become Qualifying Sales until all required payment and eligibility conditions have been satisfied.
Event and In-Person Sales
Products purchased at expos, competitions, trade shows, and other in-person events are not automatically commissionable.
An event sale may qualify only when MNM ProLabs has expressly approved event referral attribution and the purchase can be reliably verified through an authorized process.
8. NONCOMMISSIONABLE TRANSACTIONS
MNM ProLabs may exclude transactions that are not genuine qualifying customer sales.
These include:
Unpaid orders.
Canceled transactions.
Returned or refunded purchases.
Orders subject to chargebacks.
Fraudulent transactions.
Unauthorized resale orders.
Duplicate transactions.
Prohibited self-purchases.
Unauthorized coupon manipulation.
Sales attributed through deceptive marketing.
Artificial or prohibited traffic.
Purchases from nonparticipating sales channels.
Transactions involving excluded products.
Transactions involving unlawful healthcare referrals or financial incentives.
Commissions will not be awarded solely for affiliate recruitment, registration, social media engagement, or website traffic unless a separate written promotional incentive expressly establishes an eligible payment.
9. AFFILIATE ACCOUNTS AND DASHBOARD ACCESS
Each participant may maintain one Affiliate account unless MNM ProLabs authorizes otherwise in writing.
Participants are responsible for maintaining accurate information, protecting account credentials, updating payout details, reviewing commission activity, monitoring Program notices, and reporting unauthorized activity.
Clinicians must also maintain accurate professional credential information and promptly report changes affecting their eligibility.
Accounts and benefits may not be sold, transferred, sublicensed, or assigned without written authorization.
MNM ProLabs may temporarily restrict access when reasonably necessary to investigate security concerns or protect Program integrity.
10. AFFILIATE TRACKING PLATFORM
The Program uses Ultimate Affiliate Pro or another approved platform designated by MNM ProLabs.
Available functions may include:
Affiliate registration.
Athlete, Clinician, and Standard Affiliate rank management.
Referral links.
Discount codes.
Referral tracking.
Traffic statistics.
Commission calculations.
Commission approvals.
Payment requests.
Account statements.
Promotional materials.
Program notifications.
MNM ProLabs may update platform configurations, technical features, security settings, and Program administration procedures.
The appearance of a referral or commission in the Dashboard does not guarantee payment until the commission has been verified and approved.
11. REFERRAL TRACKING AND COOKIES
Referral attribution may rely on tracking cookies, customer use of Affiliate Codes, account records, and other approved tracking methods.
The applicable tracking period will be determined by the current Program configuration and any published Program Guide.
Tracking may be affected by browser privacy settings, cookie restrictions, device changes, referral link expiration, other referral sources, incomplete checkout information, or technical errors.
MNM ProLabs does not guarantee that every website visit or referral interaction will result in commission attribution.
The Company will make reasonable efforts to investigate properly documented tracking concerns.
12. REFERRAL DISPUTES
Participants should report suspected referral or tracking errors within 30 calendar days of the relevant transaction.
Requests should include available evidence, such as the transaction date, Affiliate Link or Code, order number if lawfully available, and a description of the tracking concern.
Customer personal information, including protected health information, must not be obtained or disclosed through unauthorized means.
MNM ProLabs will review available records and make a reasonable determination based on the evidence.
Late claims may be denied when reliable verification is no longer possible, subject to applicable law.
13. COMMISSION STATUSES
The Affiliate Dashboard may display commissions as:
Pending.
Approved.
Unpaid.
Paid.
Rejected.
Reversed.
Canceled.
Another platform-supported designation.
Pending: The transaction has not completed all required verification.
Approved: The commission has satisfied the applicable review process and counts toward the minimum payout threshold.
Paid: Payment has been issued through an approved method.
Rejected or Reversed: The transaction did not satisfy applicable commission requirements or was subsequently invalidated.
Only valid approved commissions count toward payout eligibility.
14. COMMISSION VERIFICATION AND REVERSALS
MNM ProLabs may delay commission approval while reviewing payment verification, cancellations, chargebacks, attribution errors, suspected fraud, unauthorized marketing, professional compliance concerns, or duplicate orders.
Commissions may be rejected, reversed, or adjusted when the corresponding purchase is invalid or does not qualify.
If an invalid commission has already been paid, MNM ProLabs may request repayment or offset a verified overpayment against future commissions, subject to applicable law.
Valid, earned commissions will not be arbitrarily withheld.
15. MINIMUM COMMISSION PAYOUT
The Program maintains a $50 minimum payout threshold.
Participants must accumulate at least $50 in approved unpaid commissions before becoming eligible to request payment.
Balances below $50 ordinarily remain in the Affiliate account and carry forward until the threshold is reached.
Pending, rejected, reversed, or disputed amounts do not count toward the threshold.
Upon account closure, any valid remaining commission balance will be handled in accordance with applicable agreements and law, including relevant unclaimed-property requirements.
Reaching the threshold does not waive required identity, payment, tax, or compliance verification.
16. APPROVED COMMISSION PAYMENT METHODS
MNM ProLabs offers the following authorized affiliate commission payment methods to eligible participants in all three ranks:
16.1 PayPal
Approved commissions may be paid to a verified PayPal account.
Participants may be required to provide their PayPal-associated email address and information necessary for payment verification.
Provider transaction fees, account restrictions, currency conversion fees, and geographic requirements may apply.
16.2 Direct Deposit
Approved commissions may be paid by authorized electronic direct deposit to an eligible bank account.
Participants may be required to provide account holder information, financial institution details, routing numbers, account numbers, and other necessary verification information.
16.3 Cash App
Approved commissions may be paid through Cash App when supported by the participant’s account and applicable provider requirements.
Participants must provide the correct $Cashtag or other necessary recipient details.
16.4 Zelle
Approved commissions may be paid through Zelle when supported by the participating financial institutions and recipient account.
Participants must provide an eligible email address or telephone number associated with their Zelle enrollment.
16.5 Payment Method Responsibilities
Participants are responsible for providing accurate, current, and authorized payment information.
MNM ProLabs is not responsible for delays caused solely by inaccurate payment details supplied by a participant, subject to applicable law.
Payment methods may be unavailable in certain countries or circumstances.
If a selected method is unavailable, MNM ProLabs may request an alternative approved method.
MNM ProLabs will never require a participant to provide an online banking password to receive commissions.
17. PAYMENT SCHEDULE AND PROCESSING
Approved payouts will be processed according to the schedule communicated through the Affiliate Dashboard or official Program notices.
Participants may be required to submit a payout request.
Payment processing may be delayed when the approved balance is below $50, information is inaccurate, verification is incomplete, a commission is legitimately disputed, a provider rejects the transaction, or legal restrictions prevent processing.
MNM ProLabs may conduct reasonable fraud, identity, and security verification before issuing funds.
Valid approved commissions remain payable according to applicable contractual and legal requirements.
18. TAXES AND REQUIRED DOCUMENTATION
Participants are responsible for satisfying applicable tax obligations arising from Program compensation.
MNM ProLabs may require:
Completed Form W-9.
Applicable Form W-8 documentation.
Legal name and taxpayer information.
Taxpayer identification numbers where required.
Business and mailing address.
Other legally required documentation.
MNM ProLabs may issue Form 1099-NEC or other tax documents when required.
Third-party payment providers may have separate reporting obligations.
Required information must be submitted through an authorized secure channel.
Participants should consult qualified tax professionals concerning their individual obligations.
19. INDEPENDENT CONTRACTOR STATUS
Program participants generally operate as independent promotional partners unless a separate legally valid agreement establishes another relationship.
Participation does not, by itself, establish employment, corporate ownership, agency authority, partnership, joint venture, employee benefits, or guaranteed compensation.
Participants are responsible for their own business expenses and applicable registrations.
Affiliates are not authorized to enter contracts, incur obligations, or collect customer payments on behalf of MNM ProLabs without written authorization.
Professional clinicians remain independently responsible for compliance with their licensing, ethical, and professional obligations.
A participant’s legal employment classification will be determined by the actual relationship and applicable law, not solely by this Agreement.
20. ATHLETE-SPECIFIC REQUIREMENTS
Athletes formally approved for the 25% commission rank may be subject to additional contractual obligations, including:
Social media posting expectations.
Story and feed content.
Product promotions.
Event attendance.
Team activities.
Apparel requirements.
Brand representation.
Collaboration requests.
Product launches.
