MNM ProLabs Road to Olympia 2026

A Cross-Country Journey Built on Brotherhood, Ambition, and the Pursuit of Something Bigger

For MNM ProLabs, the road to the 2026 Olympia was never going to be just another business trip.

It was designed to be something bigger.

More meaningful.

More demanding.

And far more memorable.

What began as an idea to travel from Tampa, Florida, to Las Vegas for the 2026 Olympia became one of the most important chapters in the history of MNM ProLabs—a cross-country journey combining bodybuilding, business, friendship, product launches, athlete development, collaborations, documentary filmmaking, and the continued evolution of a brand determined to establish itself on one of the largest stages in the fitness industry.

The journey began at Powerhouse Gym Athletic Club in Tampa, Florida, and continued through some incredible training destinations across the country, including G-Fit NOLA in New Orleans, Louisiana, Absolute Recomp in Frisco, Texas, both Fit Club locations in Las Vegas, Nevada, and, on the trip back home, Alphaland in Missouri City, Texas, before the team ultimately returned to Tampa on September 30, 2026.

Each gym became more than a place to train.

Each stop became part of the story.

Where It All Began: Powerhouse Gym Athletic Club

Every great journey needs a starting point.

For MNM ProLabs, that starting point was Powerhouse Gym Athletic Club in Tampa, Florida.

Before the RV ever headed west, before the long hours on the interstate, before the training stops and Olympia crowds, the team gathered at Powerhouse for the official Road to Olympia send-off.

The Powerhouse Gym name represents decades of bodybuilding history, hard training, champions, and the culture that helped shape the modern fitness industry. For MNM ProLabs, beginning the journey there connected the company to that same tradition of hard work and ambition.

One of the most meaningful moments of the send-off was MNM ProLabs receiving its official signing and photo placement on the legendary Powerhouse Gym wall.

It was more than a photograph.

It represented recognition.

It represented progress.

And it represented another milestone for a company continuing to grow through persistence, relationships, and the willingness to think bigger.

The event also marked the beginning of filming for the Generation Iron Road to Olympia docuseries, capturing the people, preparation, excitement, and emotion surrounding the departure.

The Road to Olympia was officially underway.

A Special Thank You to the Powerhouse Gym Family

MNM ProLabs would like to extend a heartfelt thank you to the entire Powerhouse Gym family for the support, hospitality, encouragement, and belief shown to our team.

From opening the doors to us, to allowing MNM ProLabs to officially begin our Road to Olympia journey inside such a legendary bodybuilding environment, Powerhouse helped make the beginning of this experience something we will never forget.

Being welcomed into the Powerhouse community, having our official signing, and seeing our photo placed on the iconic Powerhouse Gym wall was an incredible honor.

To the owners, management, trainers, members, athletes, staff, friends, and everyone who came out to support us—thank you for welcoming MNM ProLabs like family.

Powerhouse Gym Athletic Club was not simply where the trip started.

It became part of the story.

This journey started with you.

G-Fit NOLA — New Orleans, Louisiana

After departing Tampa and heading west, one of the first major stops on the Road to Olympia was G-Fit NOLA in New Orleans, Louisiana.

New Orleans brought an entirely different energy to the trip.

The city is known for its history, food, music, and culture, but for MNM ProLabs, the stop also represented something that would remain consistent throughout the entire journey:

No matter how many miles were traveled, training remained a priority.

Long-distance travel can disrupt routines quickly. Sleep schedules change. Meals change. Time becomes limited. Everyone is tired.

But the team understood that the Road to Olympia could not simply be about arriving at a destination.

It had to represent the lifestyle the company promotes.

The stop at G-Fit NOLA gave the athletes an opportunity to get out of the RV, reset, train hard, and keep the momentum moving forward.

Generation Iron cameras continued documenting the journey, capturing the training environment and the personalities behind MNM ProLabs.

The G-Fit NOLA stop reinforced a theme that would define the entire trip:

The road does not stop the work.

Absolute Recomp — Frisco, Texas

From Louisiana, the team continued west toward Texas for what would become one of the most important stops of the trip.

The destination was Absolute Recomp in Frisco, Texas.

Absolute Recomp became much more than another workout location.

It became a meeting point for training, business, collaboration, product development, and bodybuilding culture.

The team connected with Cooper Adams of Iron Society, strengthening a relationship that had developed around a special apparel collaboration tied directly to the Townsend Series.

The energy inside Absolute Recomp matched the identity of the trip perfectly.

Heavy training.

Serious athletes.

Hardcore bodybuilding culture.

And a shared understanding that the best collaborations often come from relationships built inside environments where everyone understands the work.

Iron Society x MNM ProLabs: Get Big or Die Trying

The Texas stop became the official setting for the limited-edition Iron Society x MNM ProLabs collaboration.

The centerpiece was the release of the:

GET BIG OR DIE TRYING

limited-edition T-shirt created for the Townsend Series.

The phrase captured the aggressive, unapologetic personality behind the collection.

It was not designed as generic fitness apparel.

It represented a mentality.

The collaboration connected MNM ProLabs with another brand rooted in bodybuilding culture and created something that could forever be associated with the Road to Olympia experience.

Meeting Cooper Adams in person during the journey made the collaboration even more significant.

It was no longer simply two companies placing logos on a shirt.

It became part of the story.

The Official Launch of GRAVEYARD SHIFT™

Absolute Recomp also helped provide the backdrop for another major milestone: the official launch of GRAVEYARD SHIFT™.

GRAVEYARD SHIFT was designed as a high-stimulant pre-workout for serious lifters who want intensity, focus, and energy when it is time to train.

Launching it during the Road to Olympia made perfect sense.

The product was introduced while the MNM ProLabs team was actively living the lifestyle behind the brand—traveling, training, filming, meeting athletes, building relationships, and preparing for the biggest bodybuilding weekend of the year.

The product launch, workout, T-shirt collaboration, and Generation Iron filming all came together at one stop.

It became one of the defining moments of the entire journey.

The Long Road to Las Vegas

After Texas, the team continued west.

The RV became a temporary headquarters.

A meeting room.

A locker room.

A production vehicle.

A place to sleep.

And sometimes simply a place where everyone tried to recover before the next destination.

Those hours on the road became just as important as the major events.

Travel creates conversations that would never happen during a normal business day.

People learn about each other.

Personalities become clearer.

Patience gets tested.

Relationships become stronger.

And teams either come together or fall apart.

For MNM ProLabs, those miles reinforced one of the central philosophies of the organization:

The goal is not simply to build a roster.

The goal is to build a family.

Arrival in Las Vegas

After thousands of miles, multiple states, gym stops, workouts, filming sessions, business meetings, and product launches, the team finally arrived in Las Vegas, Nevada.

Olympia week had officially begun.

The atmosphere throughout the city was unmistakable.

Bodybuilders.

Coaches.

Fitness brands.

Media companies.

Influencers.

Fans.

Industry leaders.

Everyone seemed to be in Las Vegas for the same reason.

The biggest weekend in bodybuilding had arrived.

Both Fit Club Locations — Las Vegas, Nevada

The training did not stop once the team arrived in Las Vegas.

In fact, the energy increased.

MNM ProLabs made it a point to train at both Fit Club locations in Las Vegas, continuing the gym-tour element that had become such an important part of the Road to Olympia experience.

The Fit Club workouts carried an entirely different atmosphere because Olympia weekend was now happening around the team.

Athletes from across the world were in town.

Professional competitors were training.

Coaches were making final adjustments.

Photographers and videographers were everywhere.

The fitness industry had effectively taken over Las Vegas.

Training at both Fit Club gyms allowed MNM ProLabs to remain immersed in that atmosphere while continuing to create authentic content for the Generation Iron docuseries.

There was no need to manufacture energy.

It was everywhere.

The Las Vegas workouts reinforced a simple message:

Regardless of the destination, the work continues.

Olympia World Fitness Expo — September 25–26, 2026

The centerpiece of the business portion of the trip was the Olympia World Fitness Expo on September 25 and 26, 2026.

For MNM ProLabs, the Expo represented an opportunity to stand face-to-face with the global fitness community.

The team was surrounded by supplement companies, apparel brands, professional athletes, content creators, coaches, fans, entrepreneurs, and some of the most recognizable names in bodybuilding.

The Expo was an opportunity to build relationships.

Introduce people to the company.

Talk about products.

Discuss collaborations.

Connect with athletes.

Create content.

And allow people to experience MNM ProLabs beyond social media.

Digital marketing can introduce someone to a brand.

But there is still something powerful about shaking someone’s hand and telling them the story personally.

For two days, the Olympia World Fitness Expo became another major chapter in the MNM ProLabs journey.

Olympia Prejudging and Finals

Beyond the Expo floor, the team also attended both the prejudging and finals of the 2026 Olympia.

For anyone who loves bodybuilding, there is nothing quite like seeing the Olympia stage in person.

Every athlete standing beneath those lights represents years of sacrifice.

Training.

Nutrition.

Recovery.

Discipline.

Posing.

Preparation.

And the relentless pursuit of improvement.

For some of the MNM ProLabs athletes in attendance, the experience created an opportunity to see firsthand what the highest level of the sport truly looks like.

It was motivating.

It was educational.

And it reinforced how much work is required to compete among the best in the world.

Witnessing Nick “The Mutant” Walker Take the Win

One of the most memorable moments of the entire trip came during the Olympia finals when the team witnessed Nick Walker capture the 2026 Mr. Olympia victory.

The atmosphere inside the venue was electric.

The final comparisons.

The crowd reaction.

The anticipation before the announcement.

And ultimately the celebration.

Only days earlier, the MNM ProLabs team had been inside an RV traveling across the country.

Now they were standing inside the Olympia finals watching bodybuilding history unfold.

That moment captured the scale of the journey perfectly.

Generation Iron Documents the Journey

Throughout the Road to Olympia, Generation Iron cameras documented the experience.

The cameras were there from the opening chapter at Powerhouse Gym Athletic Club.

They captured the gym stops.

The training.

The road.

The exhaustion.

The collaborations.

The personalities.

The product launches.

The conversations.

And the arrival in Las Vegas.

That authenticity was important.

The Road to Olympia was never intended to look perfect.

It was intended to show what happens when people attempt something ambitious.

The wins.

The setbacks.

The laughs.

The long days.

The business.

The training.

And the relationships.

All of it became part of the story.

The Journey Home Begins

Eventually, Olympia weekend came to an end.

The Expo floor closed.

The competition concluded.

The lights began to come down.

And the MNM ProLabs team started the long trip back toward Tampa.

But even on the journey home, the gym tour was not finished.

There was one more major training destination waiting in Texas.

Alphaland — Missouri City, Texas

On the return trip to Tampa, MNM ProLabs stopped at Alphaland in Missouri City, Texas.

It was the perfect final major gym stop for a trip built around fitness culture.

Alphaland has become one of the most recognizable fitness destinations in the country, bringing together training, content creation, apparel culture, athletes, influencers, and the broader fitness community in one massive environment.

After experiencing Powerhouse Gym in Tampa, G-Fit NOLA in New Orleans, Absolute Recomp in Frisco, and both Fit Club gyms in Las Vegas, finishing the gym portion of the journey at Alphaland felt fitting.

By this point, the team had traveled thousands of miles.

Olympia was behind them.

Fatigue had accumulated.

But the trip was not over yet.

So the team did what it had done throughout the entire journey.

They trained.

The Alphaland workout represented one final reminder that the Road to Olympia was never defined only by the Olympia itself.

It was defined by everything that happened along the way.

Five Destinations, One Road to Olympia

When looking back on the trip, the gym stops tell their own story:

Powerhouse Gym Athletic Club — Tampa, Florida
The beginning. The official signing. The legendary wall. The Generation Iron kickoff. The send-off.

G-Fit NOLA — New Orleans, Louisiana
The first major road workout. Staying disciplined. Keeping the mission moving.

Absolute Recomp — Frisco, Texas
Training, collaboration, Iron Society, the limited-edition Get Big or Die Trying shirt, and the official launch of GRAVEYARD SHIFT™.

Fit Club — Las Vegas, Nevada
Both locations. Olympia-week energy. Training surrounded by the world’s fitness community.

Alphaland — Missouri City, Texas
The final major gym stop on the road home. One more workout before completing the journey back to Tampa.

Each location brought something different.

Together, they created a training journey that stretched across the country.

Coming Home to Tampa

On September 30, 2026, the MNM ProLabs Road to Olympia officially came full circle as the team returned home to Tampa, Florida.

But the people who returned were not exactly the same people who had left.

The team had experienced thousands of miles together.

They had trained at some incredible gyms.

They had launched products.

Built collaborations.

Attended the world’s biggest bodybuilding event.

Witnessed a Mr. Olympia champion crowned.

Created memories.

Strengthened relationships.

And documented the entire journey with Generation Iron.

What began at Powerhouse Gym Athletic Club in Tampa had traveled through New Orleans, Texas, Las Vegas, and back through Texas before returning home.

More Than a Road Trip

Calling the Road to Olympia simply a road trip would never tell the whole story.

It was a business trip.

A training tour.

A documentary.

A team-building experience.

A product launch.

A collaboration tour.

A bodybuilding experience.

And a defining chapter in the evolution of MNM ProLabs.

The company left Tampa with a vision.

It returned with proof that the vision could become reality.

The Road to Olympia demonstrated how supplements, athletes, gyms, media, apparel, events, relationships, and storytelling can all become part of one larger ecosystem.

That is the direction MNM ProLabs continues to move toward.

Not simply becoming another supplement brand.

But building something deeper.

Something athletes can belong to.

Something partners want to be part of.

Something the fitness community can recognize.

And something capable of creating opportunities far beyond a single product.

The Road Doesn’t End Here

Olympia was never the finish line.

It was a checkpoint.

The lessons, relationships, footage, collaborations, and experiences from the Road to Olympia will continue shaping what comes next for MNM ProLabs.

There will be new products.

New athletes.

New partnerships.

New destinations.

New challenges.

And new opportunities.

But there will only ever be one first Road to Olympia.

One trip that began underneath the legendary Powerhouse Gym name in Tampa.

One journey through G-Fit NOLA.

One unforgettable night at Absolute Recomp.

One arrival in Las Vegas.

Two Fit Club workouts during Olympia week.

One Olympia World Fitness Expo.

One Olympia finals experience.

One final major training stop at Alphaland.

And one return home to Tampa after accomplishing exactly what the team set out to do.
